•    Purchased a 1-year, or 2-year PhyseoPA subscription through our website, which was active during your test date or expired within 45 days before.

•    Completed at least 150 videos over 2 or more months before your exam date**.

•    Enrolled in an accredited PA school or program.

•    The name on the PhyseoPA account must match the official score report.

If you meet the above requirements, you can apply for an extension within 60 days of your test by providing:

•    Proof of enrollment in an accredited PA program.

•    A digital copy of your official PANCE score report in PDF format (no screenshots or photos).
